In the Fall of 2021, much of Minnesota was still working through the challenges of Covid. Corporate

office folks were primarily working remotely, businesses were temporarily closed or on heavily modified

hours, and social gathering still came with a bit of a risk…

Perfect time to start dating!

Erica and John met online, and after a few days of messaging back and forth, shared their first date

at the Rose Garden in Minneapolis. They finished their date at a local brewery discussing each other's career in the construction industry. This provided easy conversation and a glimpse into each other’s day-to-day life.

The rest, as they say, is history.

A few rustic BWCA trips, Halloween parties, and Christmas lamb shank dinners later and they're gettin’ hitched!
